2. Personal data we process

We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to inquiries:

  • Inquiry data. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to send.
  • Technical data. Your IP address, user-agent string, request path, and timing information are processed transiently by our web server and content-delivery network to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
  • Optional cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies for the site to function. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies without your prior consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures; Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
  • Site operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a safe, performant service).
  • Legal compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients and sub-processors

We share personal data only with vetted service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. content-delivery network, email infrastructure) and who are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months). Server logs are rotated within 30 days. Records required by law are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable statutes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data where applicable.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, the authority in your country of residence; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, principle of least privilege, and routine review of vendor and infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a security issue, please contact [email protected].

9. Florida residents

If you are a Florida resident, the Florida Information Protection Act requires us to take reasonable measures to protect and secure data in electronic form containing personal information. In the event of a breach of security involving such personal information, we will provide notice to affected individuals and, where required, to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 501.171, generally within thirty (30) days of discovery.

If the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq.) applies to us with respect to your information, you may have additional rights, including the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain processing of your personal data. To exercise any such right, contact [email protected].

10. California residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share.
  • Delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain statutory exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

You may exercise these rights by contacting [email protected]. We will verify your request as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site does not use cross-site tracking or third-party advertising cookies. We do not change our practices based on the legacy “Do Not Track” (DNT) header. Where the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal applies to a sale or sharing of personal information, we honor it; because we do not sell or share personal information, no additional action is taken on receipt of a GPC signal.

12. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
